Basic fees for vessels in ports and/or territorial waters

Over 50001 additional, per 1000 NRT or fraction thereof 25 Euro

a) The above Basic Fees are charged for vessels stay in ports and/or territorial waters upto 5 (five) callendar days (incl.) irrespective of reason of stay.

b) When a vessel stay exceeds 5 (five) days, 25 % (twentyfive) of Basic Fees will be added for each period of 3 (three) days or fraction thereof exceeding 5 (five) days.

c) Should a vessel’s cargo and passanger services be performed at different locations within the same harbour limits (excluding shifting of the vessel by on means along the same quay) 10 % (ten) will be added to the Basic Fee for all subsequent shiftings.

d) 25 % (twentyfive) will be added to the Basic Fees in cases of General and Particular Average, Collision, Grounding, Fire, Salvage, assistance, Drydocking, Repairs, excluding any special attendance and services required by the Shipowners.

e) A reduction of upto 40 % (fourty) on the Bassic Fees can be applied to passanger vessels only.

Basic fees for vessels in ports and/or territorial waters

a) The above Basic Fees are charged for vessels stay in ports and/or territorial waters upto 5 (five) callendar days (incl.) irrespective of reason of stay.

Basic Fees for vessels passing through the straits of Dardanelles and Bosphorus

a) These basic fees are for one passage through one of the Straits irrespective of direction.

b) During vessels passages from Turkish Straits, the dues and fees paid in full by the first nominated agent, when agent is changed during vessels return, the 1/2 of these dues are charged by the first nominated agent to the vessels second agent. The second nominated agent is obliged to pay the charged amount to the first nominated agent.

c) Tug Boat Escorted Vessels Passing from Turkish Straits.

1- Vessels upto300 meters length, 25 % (tentyfive) ill be added to the Agency Basic Fee
2- Towing vessels and Sea Vehicles, 50 % (ffty) ill be added to the Agency Fees
3- Vessels over 300 meters length or vessels passing under special permission, 75 % (seventyfive) will be added to Agency Fees

1- Spare parts;

Spare parts and/or stores forwarded from foreign countries, for each consignment or consignment sender, for each 1.00 kgs of the total weight of the consignment € 1.00 agency service fee will be paid to the agent. The service fee charged for each passage or call, is minimum € 150 and maximum € 500 additional to delivery expenses.

2- Bunker supply;

Bunker supply and slop delivery attendance fee € 100 is charged if the services are rendered to vessel at anchorage.

3- Crew change;

During vessels passages from Turkish Straits, (additional to expenses) for each crew on signer and off signer
1 – 2 person    € 75.-
for each next person    € 25.-

4 – Medical Services;

for each patient (additional to the expenses)    € 40.-

5- Cash to Master;

% 1 of the delivered amount, minimum € 50.- (additional to the expenses)
